Homes of the Rich reader Jarrett Surtin created this mansion using Google Sketchup. He’s not finished yet, but here’s a look at what he has done so far.
HERE’S WHAT HE HAD TO SAY:
The entire thing measures in at a whopping ~ 85,000 sqft. The house itself (which includes 1st floor, 2nd floor, basement, plus a 3rd floor ballroom with catering kitchen) totals about 58,000 sqft and the (what I’m calling the sports arena) totals about 27,000 sqft. You can see the subterranean garage that holds 14 additional cars (bringing the total up to garage parking for 24 cars). The whole thing is done to scale and is set on a 16 acre plot of land (that actually exists in real life in Huntleigh, MO and is currently for sale).

That’s a pretty cool rendering. It looks like it would be pretty nice. I like how the garage area is below. Now we just need to see some floor plans.
Love it already. I can’t wait to see the home with the windows and doors in.

Reminds me of a couple of 20,000 square footers in Bel Air.

I don’t know what you do for a living, but you SHOULD consider designing houses for a career. You sir are reeeeeeeally good.
This is not something I wanna see on this site
PIece of shit.
Where’s the moat? The portcullis? Where are the dungeons with screaming bloody prisoners being stretched on the rack? Where’s the rack? Where’s the Hunchback — the guy on loan from the cathedral downtown?
