It’s nice. Put it in Greenwich and you have a fantastic estate. It’s nice. A little plain, but nothing window treatments can’t fix (why doesn’t this home have any?). I also would try to age the brick on the outside…it looks too new and has a pinkish hue to it. Price I’m going to assume is on the high/ very optimistic side.

what’s missing is superb decorating, to match architecture.

the staging is merely minimal, and thus a bit chilly.

    Nothing like a nice Georgian.
    Way overpriced though.

Totally agree, the price should be more along the lines of between $3-5 mil tops

I used to live in the area, and WIlliam T Baker is very well known in the area for his timeless designs and beautiful homes. It might be a bit overpriced, but trust me, it is not too far off from comps in Atlanta, especially in the area that this home is in.

It’s very expensive but other then that I can’t find anything bad about it. Just a fine, good looking home.

The area definately commands top dollar. Not sure which side of West Paces Ferry Rd this is located on but it really doesnt matter. Habersham runs through Tuxedo Park which is probably the most exclusive part of Buckhead/Atlanta. Its also on 3 plus acres and not in one of those clustered up neighborhoods whice is a hugh plus. I’d say they will get 5 mill or better for this home. Love the kitchen and the basement. And I agree with the person that said the brick needs to faux aged somehow. Nice Home.

It’s a perfectly lovely house, but it’s not my style. Unfortunately for the house, it’s been very poorly staged. It has potential to be a comfortable and gracious family home.

I just LOVE Georgian architecture, and this house is fabulous! Every room is perfect, not a flaw anywhere! I would be happy living there! And the price is about right for this area ( maybe a tiny bit high).

    Georgian style is timeless.
A good example of the period architecturally.

Beautiful home, i agree about the brick and window treatments, but besides that its very warm inside… would definitely make a good family home. I really like that basement, as well as the molding and the cabinetry. It all works together well. Nice backyard too!
