I do not get these homes/compounds with enough room to sleep 30 people. I love my family dearly and all, but I would hate to live in the same house as ALL of them or on the same plot of land. It just seems so closed off. This place just screams “Religious Cult.” They are better off just selling this as an “exclusive” gated community or selling each house separately. Or better yet just save the NINE MILLION (moronic price) and move to a better part of the state…Buckhead perhaps. And if you can afford nine million on a home, you can afford to book a dozen or so hotel rooms for whatever time you need. Completely pointless.

Daniel, you said it all! What a dreadful concept! Unless you are a Cult!

The problem when you do a setup like this is when you decide to move and want to sell.
You pretty much can’t unless you find someone who wants the same thing.

I guess you could just remake it into a small subdivision, but it would still be a nightmare to sell.
Who wants their families that near to them anyway, that is just weird.

Unless you’re part of the Corleone family, or a cult as Daniel said, you should not live in a compound.

Well if you’re into living with family this is a neat one, better than the vinyl duplex mansion hah. Its not that bad… i kind of think the houses are nice looking. definitely going to be hard to sell, maybe turn it into gated community but its small.

Weird, I can’t understand why anyone would want to live that close to my family. I especially wouldn’t, and I love my relatives to death. In a neighborhood Ilived in during part of my childhood near Lexington, Kentucky, there was this really wealthy family who all lived in a gated compound, i thing at least 3 generations and all of their in-laws. it turned out the patriarch was impregnating his daughters, granddaughters, sister-in-laws, and practically any 18 year old+ girl in the compound. He got arrested, because of course most of it was not consensual. Ever sence then i have been uber creeped out by compounds.

I love it,I would love to have my family close to me,Brothers, sisters, cousin aunties, uncles and god family. Its wonderful I ask lady to send me photos of the property.she said she should have photos by Monday she will send them to me or I can pick them up at her office. My family and I only live 30 minutes from this home.We live in 7 bedroom house in Roswell,Ga.so my family knows this whole area.We did drive by home and its nice.I would love have my family close and get my other family together from different states.9million is to good to be truth.but the mortgage is over 50,000 a month. It shouldn’t have a problem being sold due to the price. But like some of yall saying some people just don’t what to live next to their family.so that might be the only problem why the compound is not being sold. But if you really love your family no matter what this would be good for you.In my opinion.
