Really not my style of home, but if someone likes Hacienda I would imagine they would like this. The office is nice though, if a little to huge.

The fences is a rattlesnake & scorpion barrier. My parents are nearby to this place and I got stung by a scorpion at their place and their dog got bit by a rattlesnake. AZ is not for me.

I think it’s very nice. I like the hacienda style when it’s in a place like AZ, since it’s entirely appropriate. I would change some of the details, like getting rid of the marble floors in the public rooms, but it could be quite nice. Some of the rooms are fairly large, but could be made to work.

They are going to be sitting on this for awhile at that “foreclusure price”…my mom lives in Scottsdale and the market is flat flat flat, she is a broker there. Only thing selling she says are the real bargains, of course it will pick up as markets are always going in cycles but as of now its very quiet there. Don’t think this is any bargain though its a nice house if this style is your thing

    It is not horrible.
The price is horrible, but the house is not bad.
I am not a fan of this style so much, but it is kind of like a resort so it is not bad.

Nice looking home in a great area of Scottsdale. Before going into foreclosure, this home was owned by the largest franchisor of Arby’s Restaurants in AZ and I believe the 7th largest in the U.S.
