Eh. Strange house. Lots of weird angles in most of the rooms. The giant hood over the island in the kitchen looks off-center. The indoor spa looks neat. It’s all a hodgepodge of styles that doesn’t quite work. $10 million? Why people are still asking the original sticker price in a state full of bargain-basement sales is beyond me…

$10,000,000? Um…OK. I suppose we can pretend that it’s 2006 again and that the market in Vegas is still going strong.

The outside is OK, but just OK. The interior seems to have some issues with mismatched scale of some of the design details. Overall it’s nothing special. I supposed if I had even the slightest desire to live or spend more than a few hours in Vegas at a time I might feel differently.

The best thing about the house is the Xtranormal video on the agent’s web site. It’s absolutely laughable. They’re wanting to sell a $10,000,000 house and can’t even be bothered to make a personal appearance on video.

Not a spectacular Las Vegas mansion for this price tag: The back exterior is a disappointment, while the interior has enough errors.

I want to like it but I just can’t.
Maybe at $3.5 million, max $4 million.
