Great fit out, looks like it functions really well as a home

The prison-like exterior is unforgivable. The interior is nothing spectacular. $9 for a non-waterfront home? No Thanks. Coral Gables residents really need to get their heads out of their a$$es.

The outside still looks like a prison, or a federal reserve bank. The interior is just an interior. Yes, I realize it needs a skilled decorator to make it into a home, but the rooms themselves seem to have very little going on. Most of the ceilings are too low, the ceiling in the foyer is too complex, and the highlight of the house, at least looking at the listing pictures, seems to be the laundry room. I would never consider that price for non-waterfront in Florida, and even if this house were waterfront, I’m not sure I’d consider the price for the house.

well, honestly speaking, all this house says is, “space” and it says so in such a “FLAT” voice. just look at her. the poor thing is a “hallow-beauty!” folks was just doing their job when they built this…this…this…frigidly COLD-QUEEN.

All of the previous comments = erroneous and dumb! Yes the outside from the FRONT does look rather forboding and prisonlike but i think youre all crazy as fuck if you honestly cant appreciate this house for that is has instead of what it doesnt. The ceilings really arent that low… probably no lower than all of you no doubt have in your homes… in fact theyre probably a foot higher. The mix of soft colors and wood is beautiful against each other… the kitchen is awesome especially with the lit coffered ceiling and half barrel shape fan. The pool area is GORGEOUS! the use of the stone and the wood on the outside….. the list goes on… this is a fantastic house, price and front aside. Throw in the price and the front and its eehh.. but if you guys think the star island house is nice and this isnt?!?!? than i have absolutely no faith in anyones ability to evaluate a house and understand it for what it is and the work that went into it.

      My aren’t we sensitive.
Are you the owner, designer or builder of this house?
I can’t recall you commenting on here before so I have to assume you are somehow involved with this house somehow.

By the way you might want to clean up your language. My mother always told me that curse words are the sign of a person with a poor vocabulary and less than average intelligence.

I happen to think the main commenters on here are extremely well versed in real estate thank you very much.

No, just strongly opinionated. I’m fairly new to the site (within the last year). I apologize if my language offends you but i assure you it says nothing of my vocabulary and definitely has nothing to do with my intelligence. I’m just defending my thoughts.

I like a lot of this house, definitely not the exterior, but overal it has a very sterile feeling to it.
