Cory Atkinson is the founder of the now bankrupt US Fidelis along with his brother Darain.  They both had to move out of the mansions that they built due to their crumbling business. If don’t already know, Darain’s 40,000 square foot mega mansion, located at 5 Lakeview Court in Lake Saint Louis, MO, recently went into a purchasing agreement for $4.75 million. The home reportedly cost him $30 million to build. Cory reportedly spent a whopping $10 million building this mansion which is aptly located at 302 Atkinson Way in Wentzville, MO. It is located on 10.67 acres and boasts a porte-cochere, children’s playground, 8-car garage, separate 1,000 square foot apartment, swimming pool with waterfall, pool house, lighted sports court, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and a putting green.

The 15,026 square foot residence boasts 6 bedrooms, 8 full and 3 half bathrooms, wood paneled library/den, 2-story great room, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen, master suite with private entry to home office, family room, coffee bar, coat check room, elevator, home theater, wine cellar, safe room, beauty salon, billiards room, gym, sauna and more. It is listed at $3,600,000 and is being sold by the US Bankruptcy Court.

The two areas I like best are the theater and the children’s jungle gym thingy in the backyard. The rest should be eradicated. $10 million to build this mess? Not money wisely spent.

Wow! What a steal, not nearly as good a deal as the 40,000 sq foot mansion that already sold but hey, it is only 3.6 mil. With that kind of a deal, you can make many changes

The library, wine cellar and theater are the only parts that look like they would be in a home that costs $10 million+ to build (all three rooms are far from perfect, however). The rest looks like it was built in the 1980s and underwent a Home Depot remodel. Honestly, if you have (or had) money to burn, why wouldn’t you actually burn it on the talent that knows how to design a world-class home? Actually, scratch that…”world class” and “St. Louis” should never be uttered in the same sentence.

I like the master bathroom, wine cellar and home theatre room in this house. The rest is.. nice, but lacks something to be desired. I think the wood support system you can see in the last picture is pretty neat though.

I like the downstairs. That’s about it. Home theater is kind of dorky with the stage that they have there.

Whats with the salon? Its as if he was thinking “what other junk could I throw in here”. FWIW I like going to my salon. How else would I catch up on everyone else’s business?

    Oh…wait…thats what FB is for.

I don’t see any classy element in this abortion.

Just a little better than his brother’s atrocious mansion…

I think its a very nice house, Not $30mil.
From the ariel view it looks like no property-planing has gone into it, pool over here, tennis court over there, each item built to look good but not build to go together, like a rapper or footballers home.
Who is this guy anyway? Cant be bothered reading it to find out.

      Darain’s home cost $30 million, not Cory’s.

Nice house but agree not for that kind money. Crazy wine cellar and nice master but a lot of it doesn’t look any more custom than a 4 million dollar spec custom house. The theater is also very nice and not feeling the master bath at all, looks really dated. Overall OVERPRICED as hell

for the finances to purchase this estate. Thank you very much.

WHAT IT ALL COMES DOWN TO IS THE FREEDOM TO LIVE AS ONE CHOOSES TO. IF YOU CAN AFFORD THIS TYPE OF HOUSE AND YOU WANT TO LIVE THIS WAY , I DON’T SEE A THING WRONG WITH IT! THIS IS STILL AMERICA, WE ALL RESERVE THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS TO LIVE OUR DREAMS AS LONG AS WE ARE NOT HARMING ANYONE ELSE OR BREAKING ANY LAWS. WE NEED TO REMEMBER THAT AT ALL TIMES!
