House #’s 3 and 6 look very nice. At least #3 looks like it will be nice when it’s done. #4 definitely has potential too. As for #’s 1 and 2, what’s up with these mansion owners putting their houses in the middle of what looks like fields. What’s so wrong with having some landscaping up against and near the house? If someone can spend millions for a house, they should unclench a little more and spend some dollars on brining in some mature plants.

the address of the first house is 700 Liberty Grove.

Been in this house a couple times, a friend from high school lives there. They also have a really nice home in Pawleys Island, SC.

From this part I prefer the last 3 mansions.

The Purchase mansion is large, it seems that it has a wonderful exterior and it’s
located in one of my favorite locations in the NY state.Awesome from every aspect.

The TX mansion also has potential.I especially like the back exterior.

The NJ mansion is also stunning and very large.Rumson has some truly amazing mansions!

Kenny, can you find pics of Oscar de la Renta’s Caribbean house? I *think* it’s in the Caribbean somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

    P. S. I don’t know if you already have, but check the Point of View, Conyers Farm & Oldfield in Greenwich, CT as well as A Robert Webb Project in Montecito’s ‘Golden Quadrangle’, Turn of the Century Atterbury Estate, Villa Lauriston and The Chimneys. All are above $20,000,000 and on Christie’s website. It would be fun to see them as Bing Maps aerials.
