Very neat interior! Unassuming from the outside, I kind of like that…

That number of 13,360 must be the total area under a roof. There’s no way the main house itself is that size. The indoor pool area is nice and the home gym seems pretty extensive (that’s a good thing). The garage is decent, and I appreciate that it’s more than just a place to store cars but also a workshop.

As for the rest of it, the phrases “silk purse” and “sow’s ear” come to mind.

This earns top spot for strangest property we’ve seen in a long time. (Utah. Shocker.)

    But that kitchen! Bachelorette pad!

Ugly. Even the goddam neon “Mel’s Diner” sign is ugly. Still, worth the price.

    Ummm….No.

Just look at the birds-eye of this property. All it is is a normal 1970s ranch home with a sh*tload of sh*t in the backyard. If you told me it was a municipal airport I would have believed you. So many ugly shed-like buildings. The interior looks like a lotto winner went crazy and expanded his/her house. KITSCH like no other property. The garage is ‘swell’…the cars inside of it are what I would expect. Nothing Concours or worth giving a second glance.

Yup, we definitely have a lotto winner’s home right here. And the best part has got to be the Utah location. Get me on the nearest 737 out of this hell-hole.

Agreed with you Dan……except for (and it’s a BIG one)…..the POOL AREA……it’s fan-freakin-tastic, as is the adjoining jacuzzi/fireplace area……OUTTA’ SIGHT. I’d be in that Bad Boy EVERYday. But ALL of the rest of the property….house, outbuildings, shacks, shanties (sp?), fencing….all can go the way of the wrecking ball. And the FRONT EXTERIOR with the GARAGES……NO WORDS to describe THAT nightmare.

I dont think people care much about what your house looks like from a birds eye view. It would be a great party house, but thats really all i like about it. That and the pool. South Jordan has some pretty nice homes, personally i would live in Bountiful or Salt Lake on a hill where there is a view if i had enough money to build a 13k square foot home.

This house is a pile of crap.
It does not even have a driveway.

The indoor pool, gym and garage are nice and that is it.
Not that impressed with the car collection either.
Definitely screams white trash lottery winner.

For that price I would say it’s a steal, as unusual as it is. The pool looks very inviting in the way they did the two story room around it–not showy or crazy, just a place to cool off. Kitchen looks huge, the workout equipment is awesome. I agree that it’s not eye candy from the outside, but looks like a fun place to hangout with friends. Definitely has been added onto over the years, which is always going to give a weird look.

Here’s the tax roll–man there is all kinds of stuff going on with the value of that place.

      What the hell?
This house has the most jacked up valuations ever.
It is all over the place every year.
Anywhere from $500,000 to $1.3 million depending on the year.

Aston and nothing else. Everything else is a waste of space, *especially* those jalopy BMW’s.

Crazy garage and indoor pool! From the front first picture, it looks like the home is only 2,000 sq. feet or something, not 13,000! Sweet!

Take a look at the rest of the interior! The master bedroom and bath are great, especially the master tub!

Lower it to 2mil and you could easily spend 200grnd to make the outside as cohesive as the inside. And another 40-50 to replace that 50’s diner crap!
