WOW. What a joke! It looks like they bought that kitchen at home depot! Absolutely hideous!

Chris, I’ve seen much nicer kitchens at home depot.

Looks like a toddler designed it, and then they got the exterior from a cheap hotel…

So I guess 90% of the home’s budget was dedicated to the staircase? Outside is atrocious, inside is a joke. Was this home built exclusively for the purpose of generating a ‘wow’ from first-time visitors? Imagine living in this pile of crap. Walking up and down all those stairs…good workout but really unnecessary. The builders/owners/architects look like they were going for a mall look, and they certainly got it. The price is cheap, but any money saved should be used to demolish the house.

And by the way, I would not trust those stairs with more than 4 people on them at a time. Imagine having a reunion dinner or hosting a party and having a final picture taken on the stairs with all the guests. ***CRASH***

Yep, mall. The only thing missing is the escalator. The front actually looks like a mid-priced apartment building. The back, with all the balconies, looks like a mid-priced motel. Inside…well, we’re back to the mall. Adding architectural insult to injury, the “back” staircases terminate in the living and dining areas. Obviously that was a solution to the owner walking up and down the extra steps from the curved stairs in the entry, but back stairs should generally not be seen from the front of the house.

I love how the listing states that “This is a one of a kind property…” I guess there is something positive about this place after all.

I was going to comment on how hideous this house is, but looks like people beat me to the punch.

I’d bet the farm that this is a Middle Eastern’s home. All that ca$h and NO class.
He should of hired a real architect.

Not only is this a very ugly house inside and outside, about 500 to 1,000 feet to the west is a large drainage canal and Film Studio buildings. This home has nothing going for it. The broker will need more than luck to sell this place.

The inside and outside look as cheesy as a carnival cruise ship.

I imagine that the person who had this built is profoundly sad for what they received for the money they spent. Sometimes, dreams don’t turn out in real life like they did while sleeping.

    Omg this house is intense.
    I hate it.
But for less than $3m its a pretty cool way of feeling like a highroller

Too modern for my taste as a resident but I’d kill for the opportunity to be a guest here! 🙂
