Excellent price, very nice looking house. Might be a bit too bright for some but I like it. The exterior makes the home look very inviting. The square footage isn’t over the top, just right.

This hoems is just about perfect in every considering the price. I am not too crazy over the living room (floor and cabinets). But other then that, everything else is really beautiful especially the kitchen.

Jeez. I almost needed to grab my sunglasses before looking at the pictures. Instead of beige they went straight to glossy gold and honey.

For a brick home in Tennessee, it’s not bad. The exterior seems to be relatively symmetrical, and I like it. I don’t know about the front entrance steps leading to the middle of the driveway though. The interior looks nice. I do like the shower and kitchen, though I hope that window on the shower is on the second or third floor. The bathroom vanities look identical to the Alberta Canada mansion a few days ago, minus the pedestal sinks.

Overall, it isn’t bad. As a home I’d give it a B. Location wise, the home wouldn’t pass in my gradebook :/ Price doesn’t seem overly optimistic.

It looks like a perfectly nice house, but nothing more. I agree with Marie about the square footage; not every house needs to be 15,000 sq. feet and up. I don’t like the interior colors, but that’s easily fixed, and the built-ins are not my style at all. That’s about all I can come up with. It’s a decent house, but nothing special.

I’m with Daniel on this one, the 2 things that impressed me were the kitchen & the shower. (I’m sure it’s on the 2nd floor!) I had just finished looking at a home on My Little Housing Blog:

    http://mylittlehousingblog.blogspot.com/2010/12/11025-anzio-road.html

The kitchen looked very nice until I realized that there was a big perfectly square kitchen island in the middle. Have you ever had to cook in a kitchen like that? I’m not sure if it even has a 2nd sink! So it was great to see this kitchen which would be very easy to cook in. (One or 2 cooks) On the right hand side there is a “hole” for something to be built in. Since there is already a built-in microwave, does anyone have any ideas at to what it’s for?

This house has great curb appeal and what seems like a nice seemless flow design wise between rooms, not sure though about the library/study with its half wood / chalk board painted walls.

One other thing, that big coffin lid hanging over the kitchen island, should have been stained the same color as the other cabinets, the island is more then enough contrast.

Coffin lid, lol, that is awesome.

If I owned that home and you said that to me, I would have that ripped off the very next day.
