Not really my style, but I appreciate the fast that it only has 5 bedrooms. One of my biggest peeves is a mansion with a lot of bedrooms. Pools nice also.

On another note, I noticed that 26,000 sq.ft mansion in Henderson now has a few more pics up on its MLS, looks really interesting.

An exception job on the interiors! Considering it was done in ’03 and still looks so perfect and current. Albeit generic -perfectly, blissfully generic.

That’s a really nice mansion, appropriate for quality entertainment with all these amenities.

The interior has some highlights like the beautiful kitchen and the bathroom.

Overall it’s a nice mansion with a beautiful interior, but I don’t think that it’s enough. In a city like Henderson which contains similar mansions with even better interior, this gorgeous mansion could have been a little bit better in the interior factor, because enemy of the better is the best…

But, the most important thing is that NV rules with regards to brilliant mansions with exceptional interiors. My favorite architecture firm in NV is Richard Luke Architects.Check their marvelous mansions!!!

Hey Nick…..what’s wrong with you?? You only use the word “mansions” thirty-five times! LOL………

Not my style at all but still looks like quite a nice place, beautifully apointed, and just shy of “too done”. But sorry, for that kinda’ BIG BIG BIG cash, I would definitely not want to live in Nevada……like here in metro-Detoilet, Michigan Vegas is still having & going to still have a verrry hard time coming back to anywhere near where it was.

It’s a nice house. Needs sprucing up in some areas, such as the family room, but it really isn’t bad at all. I really like the club/game room – that fireplace is fantastic!

It’s surprisingly pretty nice. I think the front entry is especially nice. I don’t like any of the furnishings but that would be easily changed, especially since it’s been staged. I hate the kitchen. The layout is OK and seems perfectly usable, but the cabinetry is just terrible. I would also change out some of the frilly-looking woodwork on built-ins in the rest of the house. The backyard is nice, but it’s too bad that the fence ruins the effect of the infinity-edge pool.

Doesn’t look bad to live in. But there isn’t really anything the sparks the place. And the first photo reminds me of some high school/college in LA or something like that. I guess that’s not good right?
