I have seen this one. A very beautiful estate, but my favorite part is the Maserati.

Home is nice, but nothing extraordinary. Price is extremely steep for just a nice home. Cute how they did the Lambo + Maserati outside, just to give it that something extra…though for the priced asked, I would have put a Veyron and a Phantom out instead.

    It is definitely overpriced.

I was glad to see this place finally finished. The builder stopped work on the house for a while but apparently decided now was the time to finish it. It’s definitely expensive; it’s the most expensive house on Mercer Island by several million. The houses immediately surrounding this one are nothing special, although Paul Allen lives just a little further south. The land is what’s so valuable with this house. There is very little undeveloped waterfront on Mercer Island, and none this large. A few weeks ago I looked at a Mercer Island cabin (literally) that had 50’ of waterfront on a much smaller lot and the owner wanted $3 million for that (he’ll probably get it too). That being said, I’m not sure this place is worth almost $29 million. It certainly wasn’t worth the original asking price of $32 million. I keep hoping they’ll have an open house…

Nice but WAY over priced. At this rate the owner would try to sell a run down trailer in a dirt road trailer park for an asking price of $2.5 million

Not considering the price; it’s really really nice. Kitchen looks nice but in reality it isn’t. The place of the stove isn’t practical. But there isn’t really anything I don’t like about it. (except the price off course…)

She is a Beaut! Great all around home. Price is way to high for the amenities of that city. Great house though. And Daniel, the Veyron and Phantom would have been more appropriate.

Completely Stunning location, lot & views. The house is quite lovely indeed……but imho, there are NO “single family homes” worth almost TWENTY-NINE-FREAKING-MILLIONS dollars on THIS ENTIRE PLANET.

Such prices are CLINICAL and INARGUABLE INSANITY.
