This newly built colonial mansion is located in the affluent town of Saddle River, NJ. The exterior boasts wooden shingles and it looks as if it’s much older than it really is. The only slightly weird/offbeat thing about the home is the dome atop of the entryway. The interior boasts everything you’d expect to find in a new build in Northern New Jersey; beautiful wood floors, an abundance of fireplaces, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen, breakfast room, library, great room, sun room, exquisite tiled showers, gym, home theater, laundry room, 3-car garage, side entrance and patio space. I’m disappointed that it doesn’t have a swimming pool though! New Jersey summers can be brutal. It is listed at $3,295,000.

Agreed, that dome has to go, and the window above it bigger.
Altough it looks just fine, it doesn’t really say mansion does it?
It looks perfectly livable (more than most of the mansions posted here) but it isn’t that special.

I don’t like this house at all – the outside looks horrible and the inside is nothing to write home about.

What everyone up there ^^^^ said, X 2.

That dome thing looks like a giant pimple on the house’s face.
