It has some nice features for a house in this price range. The library is gorgeous. I also like the ceilings in the family room and kitchen…unique (and much better than some god-awful mural). Kitchen itself is a little odd, and that random wood column needs to go. Exterior is a bit strange, and is that the entrance to the community in the 1st picture? If so, the location of the home is obviously not the greatest.

Hmm, I really like this place. Perfect size, interior yet to be messed up by a “designer”, natural colors. Only problem for me is the location, I know Sandy Springs is a nice suburb of Atlanta but, I don’t wanna live anywhere near Atlanta so it’s still a problem 😀

I feel the same way which is why I’m trying to leave Atlanta but I really do love this house, it’s a nice and perfect size.

I first thought the outside was the community clubhouse. I do like some of the interior rooms. The unpainted woodwork looks really nice. Like Daniel said, the kitchen is a little odd but the ceiling is interesting. Ditto in the great room, although they are a bit cathedral-like. I really dislike that railing at the top of the stairs that’s enclosing a little pie slice of space that is unusable. Overall I don’t care for it, and certainly wouldn’t want to live in/near Atlanta.

Lovely home, I like all of it.

Kinda screams of a boring neighborhood though

Interesting tricks to make the spaces feel enormous when, once furnished, I bet it’s a very livable scale. Noticed the quarter-rounds at the baseboards, which really makes the floors push downward, and the ceilings look amazing. Would like to know what the bedroom spaces are like.
