The exterior is atrocious. The way they set the front entry makes the house look smaller than it is. Terrible proportions as well. Interior layout is strange and nothing astounding; I’ve seen Home Depot/Expo displays look MUCH better than this home overall. That basement is a waste of space. Could have been an indoor pool, an arcade room/theater complex, a showcase garage, etc. And what the hell is the point of that random island WITHOUT any storage?????

    It’s a $3 million sh*thole.

    oh…and I forgot to say…

Look closely at the “bar” in the basement. There is nothing underneath the counter. Its all sheetrocked closed. Where would you put glassware? Sinks? Dishwashers? It looks like its just there for show.

I never saw a website that would take such a beautiful home and scrutinize it, terrorize it, and rip it apart. I’ve been doing real estate for 23 years and that is one of the most beautiful homes that I have been in. The workmanship and the quality is stunning and unbelievable. You can not judge a book by its cover, especially considering that this house has remarkable curb appeal. The asking price on the house 2,599,000 – to correct the posting. It is the least expensive, largest, newest, home in Warren Township, NJ. For the critics, Money Magazine voted Warren Township 6th best small town in the United States.
