I think this is Lou Pearlman’s former home. Video attached:

And as far as the house goes, it’s okay, but nothing drop-dead gorgeous. The exterior and grounds are nice, but the shade of yellow is too dark for my tastes. Inside is so-so; grand foyer and living room are my favorite. Master-bath looks very small, and the kitchen is tiny and oddly laid out.

*If* I wanted to live in Windermere, I’d shell out no more than $2 million for this home. I wonder if they have *NSYNC or Backstreet Boys songs playing 24/7…

Are there alligators in Lake Butler and the surrounding lakes? That’s the one thing that’s always on my mind when I see homes close to a lake in Florida! I can’t understand how people go wakeboarding on these lakes, I’d be terrified

I’d be surprised if there wasn’t. But I’d rather deal with an alligator than the chupacabra, sasquatch, or the Jersey Devill ;).

I like the exterior and grounds well enough. The color is a little too “orange cream” for my taste. The interior does absolutely nothing for me. The kitchen is smaller than in my first condo.

I can’t imagine ever living in this part of Florida. If I’m going to pay millions to live in FL I would live either on the ocean or the Intracoastal. I’d prefer a multi-million dollar condo on the ocean over a large house in the middle of a former swamp.

Wonder how in the world the architect planned that kitchen.
Looks like a butler’s pantry kitchen for staff or back kitchen to me.
Surely this can’t be the main kitchen for a 12,000 s/f home?

I dont believe there is a photo of the kitchen here. I think the kitchen is to the left of the photo you are talking about, the other side of that breakfast bar…

Daniel is correct, it is Lou Pearlman’s former home (he lost it in his court case). It is off of Park Drive.
