Agree it’s a nice place, but would hate to spend that much on a home with only .34 acre lot !

I agree. Great big house on a postage stamp…..

Not a bad home. Kitchen is gloomy as heck and the backyard looks like it belongs in a $159,000 home in Boynton Beach. Know nothing about the area, but it looks like this home would be one of the largest in the neighborhood.

This home is perfect for my style, but .34 acres sounds like it has to be a joke

Agreed. Love the house, but it needs 10 times the acreage for a garden and some grounds.

I love the home, it is very tastefully and elegantly done, and it is not oversized. The kitchen is horrible, it is not detailed like the rest of the house, and the color is hideous. Other then the fact that it is on a mini yard, I like it!

Nice, but the price is pretty steep for Houston.

I like some of the details in the house, like some of the doors and the floors. Otherwise it’s just OK. I don’t like how the house is shoved into the back corner of the lot. I’m also not sure the neighborhood warrants the price; it’s on the wrong side of the 610 loop. The neighborhood has some nice older (and larger) homes but it’s nothing special. But, for the same money, I would live in River Oaks.

I like the interior more then the exterior. I don’t really see the ‘French Style’ in the interior. Kitchen is solvable, but that walk in closet is way to much white.
And c’mon, a house that big with a back yard that small? Also a huge tower in the back.

    Nope, I pass this one.

That lot is embarrassing for a house this size and this price.
