Is it me or is this cheap for Greenwich, especially for an acre of land and nearly 10,000 sq ft? I don’t like the exterior. Interior is like 99% of other Greenwich homes…it’s almost mandatory to have a white entrance foyer with wooden floors and a white stair railing topped with wood. Nice, but it’s been done soooo many times. Favorite part for me is the library or bathroom.

I usually love shingle-style houses, but I don’t like this. This outside is just terrible. The inside is nice enough, but it’s pretty uninteresting. I don’t like the wood in the library; is that pine? It just doesn’t fit in this type of house. This does seem awfully inexpensive for an acre in Greenwich…

The house is nice but that’s about it. Kitchen is nice. Master bath is really nice. Wine cellar is awesome. But that’s about it. Everything else is basic. Is that knotty pine in the library? lol!

I like the kitchen, bath is amazing. I also hate the wood used in the library. It is very interesting that I have never seen a wine cellar this large (wide) even in the most expensive of homes. It’s almost like they had an extra bedroom lying around and decided at the last minute to block the windows in!!! At first it looks like a skylight in there – but that would cause temperature fluctuations. It must be just another ceiling treatment. It’s a little over done for a wine room which makes me think it was an after thought.
