I like the exterior feel of the townhomes. Reminds me of London or Paris a bit (minus the brick). Interior is nice. I know nothing about the area, but $2.45 million for a townhome without a view seems very steep.

It’s interesting. It’s nothing spectacular, but it looks very nice. I like the exterior since it does look like a block of Georgian flats in London. The inside is nice too and looks livable. I’m not sure about the price in Atlanta however. It seems a little high to me.

We have several higher-end townhouse/condo projects going into nicer neighborhoods here in Seattle. An example of one is: http://www.cbbain.com/Pages/PropertyDetail.aspx?ListingID=32738939&NAV=1. This one is in a neighborhood of century-old mansions and several have been sold. I’m not sure this neighborhood in ATL is as nice.

Regents Park at peachtree battle is an amazing development. (smack dab in the middle of Buckhead!) the location alone justifies the price. The development was designed by Pak Heydt and Associates (one of the premiere architects in Atl) and one of the units was the southern accents showhouse a couple of years back. You can read the article on the developments website.

I am not fan of townhomes, but this is a very nice one.The interior with the appropriate decoration will be very beautiful and elagant.

Yeah, I too am reminded of the semi circular townhomes on the outskirts of London. I don’t like common walls, but this one is very nice!
