Wow! This home is amazing. It’s large, but still feels very “homey”. I love the decor, the contrast of colors and the furniture. My favorite room has to be that 2-story family room/great room. What about you?

THIS might just be in my new TOP 5 list. Look at the location and property space with the amenities. Can’t believe such a low price as well.

    THANK you for sharing!

A really nice home, although the home theater is a little to “modern” for me, and the foyer needs to be more “ornate”. Other then that, I love how it is on a large parcel of land, and everything is done very well.

A very neat home. I really like the stone accents.

I want to like this home, but I just can’t. It isn’t one consistent style throughout, and it all seems confusing. Some of it is rustic, some French, some contemporary, some traditional, some 1970’s, etc. The exterior also seems to try too hard. That one wing with a slant throws off the balance of the home, and it seems very odd with the roof the way it is and the window placements.

Library is my favorite part, but the fabrics have to be burned. The lake surrounding the house and the long driveways are also very cool, but overall, I don’t like it.

LOL! UNTRUE! Its just that I like specific looks (Mediterranean, Beaux Arts, Contemporary) and many of the homes on here simply screw it up in many aspects. I do like the St. Andrews rental featured a few days ago, I just don’t like the location of it and the kitchen. I’m picky, and for some of the outrageous asking prices of these homes I expect perfection.

I guess I shouldn’t post my comments on this place either since I’m sure I also come across as not liking anything! I’m very picky when it comes to multi-million dollar houses. A lot of square footage and a big price tag don’t impress me. A true mansion (as opposed to simply a large house) should feel truly special and a lot of the newer larger houses don’t appear to be very special.

This place is a lot nicer than many houses we see here. It just needs a skilled decorator to take the interior to the next level.

I am surprised at myself, but I really like the color of the kitchen cabinets.

The kitchen and theatre are very nice. I like the stone accents, they make it seem somewhat like a cabin.
