A mansion located on Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen, CO has sold for $31.5 million. It first came on the market back in December of last year with an asking price of $60,000,000. The price then dropped to $47,500,000.

The 12,432 square foot estate, which is located at 2435 W Buttermilk Road, was acquired by Aspen Grove Properties LLC. The seller was WBR Associates LLC, which is controlled by software magnate Robert Zangrillo. The 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom home was built by Silich Construction in 2007 and boasts a 3-car garage, 563 square foot guest house with 2-car garage, 4769 square foot, six-stall bar, wine cellar, home theater, gym and much more.
