I really really like the home. Finally a dining ROOM, not a dining hallway! And that interior courtyard is phenomenal. I would consider enclosing it with a class roof and creating an atrium.

The exterior is equally fantastic, especially the front entry.

    Things I would change:

-Not a fan of the entry foyer/double staircase. If you’re going to double double staircases, I personally think they should be curved.
-Pool seems a little far from the main house.
-Living room fireplace seems a little odd…I would find something a bit smaller or at least with a lower mantle.
-Most of the furniture isn’t my style. Too rustic for my tastes

Otherwise, a very nice house. Location is a little far from everything, and is overpriced (what isn’t?)

It’s a pretty cool looking estate, very well planned as far as the grounds. I question that 2005 build date, or maybe they were landscaping before the house was built. It just looks a little more mature than 5 years.

I can’t imagine the upkeep of a place like this, but I guess the next owner can get drunk on his own wine as he’s paying those bills. And the courtyard is really beautiful, one of the best features of this place.

I quite like this place. The outside looks a little like a golf course clubhouse but it’s still very nice. I like the interior too, although I’d make it even a little less formal (More rustic maybe…sorry Daniel…). The courtyard is great, the scale of the rooms is beautiful, and I love the stylistic details. I don’t mind the location since it’s only about 20 minutes (without traffic) to downtown Beverly Hills. Nothing like living in the country in the city.

I like everything about this home except for the foyer. It is too dark, and I can’t stand the double stairs. Also, I agree with grrrowler that the home should be a little more rustic.
