This is not a $21 million house…maybe $12 million, but not $21 million. I don’t know what to think about this home. Nothing too terrible, and nothing too spectacular. Exterior is a little crazy with the five different window sizes. I like the curvature of the living room and the French doors, but I hate how the ceiling with that crown molding doesn’t follow the curvature; it just stops and it looks a little jarring. A lot of the furniture screams Grandma…I’m surprised I don’t see any plastic on the furniture. The 2nd dining room? (photo 15 of 20) looks like it belongs in another home.

Now, that contemporary home across the street certainly piques my interest…looks huge.

Ditto, on all counts. This house is just sort of there. I like parts of the outside and the inside, and there parts of each I’d want to change too. The way that bowed window was set off in the LR is kind of odd. It could have been used as an alcove since there’s a visual divider, but whoever put the furniture in the room decided to make it part of the room. Clearly a tactical error.

I don’t see $21 million for this house either. Other houses in the same area on twice the land are going for less than this.

well this looks like a horribly executed reproduction of one of my favorite homes, Old Westbury.

    $21 million, eh?

It is ugly on the outside and the inside looks like something my grandmother would live in.
Even the couches in the theater are awful.
