This is a great house. I love the dark stained floors and banister railing. I’m trying to figure out if the house has been staged for sale or if the pictures show a completed lived in interior. Either way, the decor works and is perfect for this house. The exterior is beautiful and I love the way it’s been adapted to the sloping site. I would live in this house in a heartbeat.

    Damn that is nice.
Nice softball listing for the agent, this should be an easy sell.

It looks like there are separate double door entrances into the home from each garage that lead to the lockers.
    Interesting.

“This should be an EASY sell”……..?!?!?!?!

Gimme whatever you’re smokin’, Venom….that’s good be some GOOD, OPTIMISTIC magic wacky-tabacky! LOL…….

Seriously, my friend…..NUTHING priced at over 13 MILLION dollars is gonna’ be and “easy” ANYthing today. I still get my trade e-mails from Realtor.com that have what are probably the most reliable stats available to agents today…..and TRUST me…..nuthin’ priced in the MILLIONS, let alone OVER 10 is selling.

But, the house is definitely beautiful, however calling it a French country home is wrong (sorry Kenny, if you referred to it as that). The house is definitely a cross between Adirondack and Arts & Crafts, nicely done. Almost nothing about it is French on the exterior, and the interior is a semi-formal/eclectic, combined……but very nicely so.

Illitch’s old house in Birmingham sold in less than a month for about $5 million last month.
That is Connecticut so I don’t think $13 million would be a problem out there.
Hell, the guy in London bought that apartment for over $200 million and Haddad’s house in LA sold for what $56 million or something like that.
