This house is on 2 acres of land and they couldn’t find enough space to move the garages and the driveway away from the front of the house? Nothing like having the most unattractive feature of a house being the focal point of the front facade.
The house may be on 2 acres but only about .2 of it is usable. If you fall in this yard you are in for one long roll down the hill.
That’s actually a benefit, being able to roll AWAY from the house.
is there something wrong with the location? 15000 sq ft, brand new, new nice house for only 3 million? sounds too good to be true. the backyard does seem unreasonably small for a 2 acre house

Other then the garage placement this is a beautiful home
Kitchen, hearth room, bar, and the study are the only rooms/areas that warm the home. How about some nice deep reds or soft browns and golds to warm the place up. The home is great but lacks actual character or a sense of personality.
