Beautiful place! It’s not beach front though, and the ocean looks kind of far away. As for the cost, I’m sure it’s over 10 million. Very nice place

THIS place, Boys, is what you call GORE-JUSS!!! Perfectly colored inside & out, with one of the MOST STUNNING FORMAL GRAND STAIRCASES & entry’s I’ve ever seen………..WITH an ocean view (yeah, yeah, it is a tad too far away, but I wouldn’t complain), and it’s IN SPAIN, for Gods’ sake!!

How does it get any better??

OH YEAH, if I COULD AFFORD, BOUGHT, AND LIVED IN IT!

I agree the staircase is very nice, however you can see lots of examples of such staircases at http://www.dreamhomedesignusa.com just in case you weren’t aware 😉

The Villa costs exactly 15 mil right now… it is in a neighborhood called Sierra Blanca, which is one of the three most exclusive there (the other two being Marbella Hills club which is right next to it and La Zagaleta). It is not beachfront because that is very rarely what people in Europe want… you can throw away your furniture every few years if you have a beachfront property and repaint everything as well. The neighborhood is on the side of the mountain exactly above the city of Marbella and the Golden Mile. If you want to go to the beach.. there is easy access… but a lot of people and it is really humid. Hence, the most expensive houses are situated on the hillside and have view of the sea… Gibraltar and Africa, which this home does as well.

What a gorgeous view!!! Love everything about this villa EXCEPT the tacky bridge going over the pool and the two stair cases going INTO the pool that look like male reproductive organs….
