Not my cup of tea
I hope they can get it sold, it’s a so so mansion, not enough bedrooms and bathrooms giving the square footage for my taste

Terrible neighborhood. McMansion’s galore. Same roofs, same exteriors, all for $3-$5 million. No Thanks!
haha i live in this neighborhood.
MOVE!!!!!
I was thinking in the back of my mind, “What are the odds one of the HOTR readers lives in this neighborhood?” Sorry if I offended you, but I have a particular hatred for cookie-cutter communities (maybe because I am surrounded by them here in south Florida), especially when prices are as high as this home.
No trust me I know.
So many of the homes look the same, theres like two different styles and that its. Some of the bigger custom homes are different but theres not many of those, mostly just small mcmansions. And on top of that, so many of the homes are so close together.
And yea I think the price is too high for this home.
I have been checking the Atlanta MLS to see if this was for sale for months, thanks for finding it for me. Th e neighborhood could be soooo much better, but it seems every house is trying to beat the others in size and showyness.
It is a nice house in a McMansion sort of way.
About 3 of my buddies at least have this same design, just on a smaller scale here in town and then there are at least two or three more of the same design I have seen in the immediate surrounding towns.
I guess this is the new house of the 90′s.
Everyone copied that design from Scholtz.
I say it is worth about $3.5 million.
Beautiful home
@ Jake
Can I get ur opinion on 570 Stonemoor. Roswell, GA. Celebrity home, they r asking $3,250,000 the same price they Bought it for in 2007. Which to me is crazy. What’s ur take on the property?
This house is gorgeous a little strange decor but that can be changed because if you watch RHOA she moved into it all decorated and didnt do it anything to it. The kitchen has gorgeous cabinets but the fridge and freezer with one of them being slanted so bad! The reason for that is she probably didnt care about the kitchen design because she has a live in chef. The backyard on this house is AMAZING with the pool with the waterfall and slide and the cabanas, its so great truly resort inspired and the basketball court is perfect located down away from the pool. The bad thing about the front is its not a circular driveway if you look at satellite views. The reality is with a little change in decor this house would be BREATHTAKING!
