Very nice home. I actually like the 70′s style lving room carpet and furnishings. The dark ceiling works well with the light walls. Very cool chandelier. Only problem is, being 6’4″, I would have to crouch down every time to use the home theater
And the dining room candle chandelier looks like a pain in the @$$
A little too far north for me (on the island of PB). I can see it selling in the high teens, low twenties.
This is a pretty cool house. I don’t like the living room chandelier at all, nor do I like the home theater. The rest of the house is interesting, in a good way. I love the kitchen.
