This unique estate is located at 8880 Sidaway Road in Richmond, BC. The exterior contains both cream and red colored stone, which is one of the weirdest color combinations that I’ve seen on a home. Also, the shape of the home reminds me too much of an office building. The 13,413 square foot mansion boasts a porte cochere, 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a massive 2-story living area that combines the great room and dining room into one, modern gourmet kitchen, family room, home theater, game room, 2-story indoor swimming pool with spa, covered patio, and a 6-car garage. It is listed at $4,999,888.

This is actually fairly nice as far as I’m concerned although I don’t really like the sky mural, and if anyone is interesting in purchasing this house I also know of a matching cream/red Bugatti Veyron to go along with it.
(Sorry to you straight guys, but unfortunately it’s inarguably more true, rather than less! But NOT always, for sure) This place looked like it was “decorated” by a very young, very straight guy with (obviously) one whole Helluva’ lot more money than taste and design sense. And the FIRE ENGINE RED finish on the outside!?!?
GAG!
This would make a perfect clubhouse in Century Village! The residents could actually have a place to gather *and* they could find it every time with that great exterior color combo. Take notes people…
It gives me a headache to look at the pictures. But it is fairly priced
If you take off the roof facade, frame out a decent looking pitched roof (could even add a room or two up there, making a third floor, or maybe adding ceiling height to the second floor rooms) then this place would be workable and actually decent. Some of the inside shots are pretty crazy, but I think the kitchen looks pretty good, maybe a little small for such a big house. Of course, to do all that roof/structural work would add another 2 million or more, probably more than this house is worth. (I agree 4-5 million is a fairly good price).
Truly hideous, I don’t even know where to begin.
Yuck, yuck, YUCK!
so heres what i thought when I saw this house here…
1) yuck what is that
2) hey that interior looks really cool (click on pictures)
3) wow this house is ugly
4) amazing kitchen
overall this house is just an awkward attempt at a very open, contemporary design.
Somebody has bought a hotel. The front of the home looks like one.
Im sure a blind person would absolutely adore this home. LOL
Worst interior on this site. Should be encased in concrete and launched into the sun.
Now I know who stole my Legos!
This is one that shouldnt have been written up. Its so atrocious I don’t even now where to start. But I am going to go rip my eyes out bc I’m about to vomit.
That is one ugly house. Whats up with the red paint color and the roof looks like a big shoe box lid.
This is one of the ugliest homes I have ever had the misfortune to witness
This is one butt ugly ‘building’ (I refuse to classify this as a ‘house’). I bet this thing was built by someone who came into money very quickly and simply figured BIG would make this house awesome. Didn’t work.
Personally, I like some of the interior, I’m not a fan of the exterior, and the location is terrible – nobody but immigrants from China really want to live in Richmond. This is not a desirable neighborhood. Pass…
LOL, Grrrowler………..Are you my long lost twin brother (or sister)?!?
AMEN, to everything you said, we’re both on the exact same page, paragraph, sentence and word!
