This amazing Highland Park mansion is a star among stars. The mansion sits on Crescent Ave, notoriously surrounded by many other sought after and famous estates, like Coram Deo. The stunning features and designs are common with luxury living found in Highland Park: large homes found on really small lots. This lot size is just under half an acre!

Regardless of how big the lot size is, the home is absolutely incredible. With a stucco exterior, the home is eclectic between French and Mediterranean. A simple straight driveway leads under room topped porte cochere into the motor court and 3 car arched garage. The small front yard is landscaped with a few trees and flower beds lining the house. The back of the home features nothing too fancy, just a pool and guesthouse.

The interior of this masterpiece is quite exquisite. The grand foyer branching off into the dining room and living room. It also features a masterfully crafted staircase lined with wrought iron leading onto the next level. The 3 story mansion is 10,051 sq. feet and has 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The key interior features of this house are the gourmet kitchen and the game room. The home contains many windows allowing much natural sunlight to light the house. This mansion is a true Highland Park beauty!

You can find the home at 3507 Crescent Ave. This nestled mansion does come with a pretty heavy price tag; it is listed for $6,595,000.

Finally, a mansion that is a home. Most of the mega-mansions on this Web site are amusements parks rather than a home.

I agree with Charlie; this is a nice house that shows as a home. It’s not my style but I think it’s a lovely home that looks incredibly livable.

Yeah, it’s actually appraised at 6.2 mil, so that’s a reasonable price. Taxes are 120,000 a year, however. It is a very warm and livable house, although I do wish the lot was more like an acre, in which case they would probably be asking 9 million.

Six and a half million dollars and you can kick the neighbors houses on either side?
The house takes up the entire lot and the neighborhood does not look very appealing, especially the power lines above.
The apartment complexes or whatever they are 2 feet away are really not doing it for me.
    These people are on crack.
There is nothing more irritating to me than stupid people putting beautiful homes on really crappy lots.
