Yuck! Jeez, is this a new home or a tacky remodel/addition of something built in 1974?

Such a cold looking interior! What’s with the living room balustrades? Cheap & blocky on the 1st floor and ornate iron on the 2nd? Also, the ceiling on the exterior atrium should have gone on the inside while that ugly beam ceiling on the outside. And please tell me that garage is not finished…throw a coat of paint on there pronto!

All this crap and I get to pay $16,000,000? Next please…

I’m hoping this place is nicer in person than the pictures show. The quality of the pics is pretty terrible, but the house pretty tacky in many ways beyond that. My favorite space is the covered outdoor living room. After that it goes downhill. The living room looks like a combination lobby/breakfast room at a La Quinta hotel. There’s nothing luxurious or special about great swaths of painted sheetrock.

The foyer and great room are nice. The outdoor 2-story Living room is amazing. I need to see more. Like the kitchen and bathrooms. The outside rooms should never look better or more tasteful than the interior rooms. The subterranean parking garage is awesome though. It looks like you are in the city and got lucky on a day you were late somewhere due to a bunch of free spaces by the door. Nice house but it could look better.

You guys……while I defnitely agree that the house needs A LOT more color through paint, wall treatments, carpets, furniture, art, etc. etc……it’s NOT THAT ugly! Geez…….it looks as if it’s just been finished, and only semi-moved into, and finished with an eye to a completely blank interior “canvas” so the new owner (IF it EVER sells) can envision themselves there, surrounded by all their belongings/art/furniture blah, blah blah. The great room is only that due to it’s size, and the beams are perfect for the space. it needs TONS of color, texture, interest, focal points and good ole’ “appeal” through all of the elements I mentioned.

Seen the home in person. This is one of the most well done, detailed, amazing homes I have ever seen. I must say the pics do not do justice to it. I wish to the lord someday I can be the owner of a home like this.
The details are of the highest workmanship. Its a work of art.
Garage is HUGE. So many storage rooms. Walk-in fridge! LORD. Costco awaiting for me and my next party if I get this home.
It has been staged. The staging is sparce. It has huge formal living, yet, a very cozy living room and big yet cozy master. Nothing spared.
