I’m not wild about this one, but I adore the wood inlay throughout – YUM!
Some of the woodwork and inlays in the floor are nice, but the house is something of a snooze-fest. The back looks like the builder just gave up and painted up the thing white with no detailing or decoration. Plus it’s at the edge of a swamp.
I live 5 minutes from this place, a lot of big homes in Parkland.
nice flooring. you don’t see that kind of craftsmanship everyday
It’s funny to see this home posted on here. I had the pleasure of viewing it in person and was blown away by the detail of the wood work. I do agree with nothing in Parkland being worth $5,200,00 but everything in life is negotiable. There is another property in Parkland asking $5 mill as well and a home on the same block sold for $4.2 mill about a year ago.
$5 million, $4 million or $3 million…at the end of the day, it’s still Parkland. I’m sorry, but if you are going to spend that money, I want to be a little closer to A1A, and not 20 minutes away, or at least in a country club(Royal Palm, St. Andrews, even Woodfield or Broken Sound)/private estate enclave (Le Lac or Long Lake Estates), which there is no shortage of in Boca.
Same goes for Weston, Wellington, Coral Springs, Davie, Plantation, etc. Not my style of living, so all the details in the world won’t sway me
