Such a beautiful home! Very typical of the OC style. I love the wood, there is a lot of brown but I would break that up with my Art 🙂
No photos of the views….. I would hope they are impressive at that price.

very nice style, but the house looks a little cramped on just a 1/2 acre

That is a nice house, but I’m not sure of the price. The views are amazing, what are best referred to as “airliner views”. I even like the interior spaces; very simple and masculine, and they would look good with many different decor styles. However, $20 million? Hmmm…

Incredible! I really like the library and the large curved doors that open into the patio.

  • Kenny, I know the heading is correct, but the article says, “Newport Coast, FL”. I thought, “How do you see the Pacific Ocean from Florida?” lmao!

Ah California and their crazy prices.
I have toyed with moving their from Michigan but it still makes no sense.
My house is almost the same size as this and is less than $2 million and on much more land.

I could literally go on a $5,000 vacation every month for the next 30 years straight and still only spend $2 million.

Well, if any more irrefutable, concrete and intractable evidence is needed by ANYone that there are STILL crazy people in the world (i.e., the sellers of houses like these & their realtors) then they’re HOPEless! Call me victorian in my thinking, but I still look at luxury homes from a SANE (and admittedly, somewhat 1960’s-era) viewpoint and regard ANY home more than a few million in price as clinically certifiable. This house IS gorgeous, and has beautiful (if not 40,000 feet UP!) views, but ANY house…..TWENTY MIL?!?!……I think not.

This home is not worth the price. What a rip! I personally do not like the way they decorate most of the expensive homes. They ruin the whole house and I would rather custom build and decor myself! Good luck selling at that price~
