Hello from Michael. The broker’s comments: 14-acre trophy Oceanfront estate w/over 1000 ft frontage near HR private beach, acres of sprawling manicured lawns, stately mature Oaks, Cypress & Redwood trees, spectacular tiered, sunken Rose garden w/fountains & heated outdoor Pavilion w/fireplace, private well, newer ”English Cottage” style 6b/8ba home, gym, offices, enormous Family Room, total privacy

And here is mine: This is a new listing in Hope Ranch, CA. It’s located on Roble Drive.

It was built in 1999. 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 4 half baths. It sits on 14 truly wonderful acres with over a thousand feet of waterfrontage. The house and the grounds you can easily fall in love with. This really shows what good taste and money can do together. A sunken, tiered rose garden, garden dining pavilion, voleyball court, many plants and trees, and there is much, much more to enjoy on the outside. And of course the views! The main house is very nice to look at. Inside there are many beautiful details to admire. The amazing living room is my personal favorite, and the great bedroom with its beautiful fireplace is the second favorite. We often talk about party places, and this must be one of the best! Just imagine all great parties you can have here, everything from the wild rocking party to the finest of high society events, everyone is sure to love this amazing property and its grounds. Asking price $29,000,000 and worth every dollar!

This is an incredible property, in the style of the grand estates from the early part of the 20th century. Looking at it in the birds-eye view in Bing maps you can get an even better sense of how it’s laid out. Amazingly the estate next door also has its own private baseball diamond!

This house also has a baseball diamond its over next to the lake. You sure do not see two houses next to each other with ball fields everyday.

This house is beautiful with beautiful gardens and an amazing view of the ocean. I think it was a nice touch on the tour that instead of music they had the sound of the ocean in the background. 14 acres on the ocean, now thats my kind of house!

Wow what a crib. That really is beautiful. I love it. However, would you really want to play baseball on the edge of a cliff? Imagine you run to catch a ball (looking up in the sky like you do) and then….woops….you fall over the ledge and to your death. I’m paranoid like that. Get rid of the baseball field and build a tennis/basketball court there instead. That’s what I would do
