wow the interior is stunning, the woodwork in the library really impresses me. I have been waiting to see this interior for a while now and it has certainly lived up to my expectations. The landscaping for this house just got put in this past week and it really made the exterior a lot more complete. The exterior style is really unique to Potomac also.

When I drove past this house yesterday I saw a bunch of cars parked on the street in front, maybe they were taking these pics then haha

Kenny, i’ve noticed you haven’t posted floor plans in a while, if you have any worth posting, please do! It really helps when imagining the mansions.

I never understand the attraction to double-staircases or y-shaped staircases. They look so tacky.

Nice exterior but the interior is too dark/black for my liking

I agree with you – way too much black trim etc…

I actually hate this exterior but I find the interior surprisingly beautiful.

The only Y-staircase I’ve seen that was quite stunning is in Rosecliffe (Newport).

I think the exterior is most definitely an “acquired taste”. It does seem to be proportionately desgined, and devoid of excess ornamention, but it’s still very formal and specific in its facade. To be sure, that is going to hurt its chances of selling….the more specific anything is, the more narrow it’s potential audience is. The staircase is quite nice because of its originality, I like it because it’s so different and elegant. However, the first or second exterior shot shows the neighbors house disappointingly close….and for 7.5 mil, that would most definitely NOT work for me, but nice house nonetheless.
