i am really excited right now because this house is the closest thing I have ever seen to my dream house! Literally everything, except the kitchen is exactly how I want it. Library, foyer, front and rear facade, hallways, fish tanks, garages, indoor pool, 2story paneled library, marble floors, billiards room, dining room everything! Its like I am finally seeing my custom imaginary dream house right in front of me. awesome.

There are some serious design disasters happening on the inside of this place. The “bones” look really good and I’m guessing it’s not being sold furnished. It could be spectacular inside with a little work. The tile in the kitchen area looks kind of cheap in the pics.
Actually, if you read the whole description on Sotheby’s site, you will learn that it is sold completely furnished.
