This lavish mansion is located at 11 Cottonwood Canyon Ct in Las Vegas, NV. Built in 2009, the home boasts 11,843 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. There are beautiful marble floors throughout the house. The home boasts a custom wrought iron front door, 2-story great room with huge fireplace, impressive gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, breakfast room, formal dining room, family room with built-ins and retractable wall, two huge balconies, wine cellar, home theater, 2nd floor great room with wet bar, swimming pool with spa, and more. It is listed at $6,995,000. This home is beautiful, but it is a little too “one noted” for my liking (bland). I love the indoor/outdoor space as well as all the gorgeous bathrooms. What do you guys think?

I love this house, its just really nicely done all around. The only thing is that all the big houses in Vegas look exactly like this.

I’m actually going to Vegas on Thursday btw (weird coincidence).

I wont be seeing any houses, but my parents are shopping for another vacation condo while we are there. The real estate market in Vegas is about to come out of the dump and luxury condos on the vegas strip are still relatively cheap. We’ll just be going to Trump, Turnberry, Sky, and Mandarin Oriental residences. We go to Vegas about twice a year so we can get good use from it.

Don’t lose all your money gambling :P. Vegas is amazing, I went there about 2 years ago and it was brilliant even tho I was still underage at the time (had a fake ID tho lol)

The outside is ok but I really like the inside. The home has some very nice stone fireplaces – the one in the great room is my favorite. The thing I like best about this house are the bathrooms. Not only is the master bath done very well with nice woodwork and beauiful marble but all the bathrooms are done just as nice. Many times the master bath will be really nice and then all the others are just plain. I like the fact that the builder did a nice job on every room in the house.

Exactly. I’ve seen so many times where the en-suite bathrooms and half baths aren’t given the same amazing attention to detail as the master bathroom.

Is it me or is every house that is listed for sale in Vegas always have exterior pictures taken at night?

If someone has $7 million to spend on a house and really, REALLY likes beige, then this is the house for them. There are a few nice details but it really just looks like a tract house on steroids.

To be me it says the always wanted “Have a blank canvas”, even though I totally agree that I would never use the same color materials throughout (which is what it looks like. If put different furniture in each one, could make it unique and not the bland look, while not having to clash or change the materials.
