I think the price for this place should be about $3 million less than what it is. I also think the price is too much $11 million for a 13,000 sq ft home that's like $850-875 per sq ft ?? Seems you can build a nicer home a hell of a lot cheaper with better interior design (cause the french look) doesn't do this home justice I thought Hulk Hogans house too. If you have made it to the point where you can built a substantial home you should be able to name it something original, possibly even incorporating your own name like the Vanderbilts with Biltmore.
