Do you remember Morgan’s home from Teen Cribs? Well, the $20 million home, dubbed Kent Rock Manor, is now being rented out as an event venue. The home, which is located in Loganville, GA, is being used for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners,  and corporate events. The upper and lower levels of the home can be rented out for $7,500. I was expecting the home to go on the market (like all the other Teen Cribs), not turn into a place to rent out for lavish events. Do you guys think they will be successful?

This European Villa is located at 601 N Faring Road in the exclusive Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles, CA. With a hefty asking price of $39,000,000, it is currently the 4th most expensive home for sale in the area. It boasts 14,226 square feet of living space with 6 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, great room with 18 foot ceiling, gourmet kitchen with breakfast room, wood paneled library with bar, two offices, home theater, indoor 50 foot lap pool, gym, staff and guest apartment, swimming pool with pool house, and a sunken tennis court. It is listed with Hilton & Hyland. 461 N Faring Road, which is located right across from this house, sold for somewhere in the $20 million range (was listed at $26.5 million) and has about the same square footage. So, I wonder why they would list this house at close to $13 million more? What do you guys think?

This French chateau-esque mansion has just hit the market for a whopping $14,500,000. That makes it one of the most expensive homes for sale in the state.  Located at 204 Vaccaro Road in Cresskill, NJ, the home sits on 1.6 manicured acres overlooking the Montamy Country Club. While it’s officially located in Cresskill, about half of the property is actually considered Alpine. It is located near Cresskill’s premier Tamcrest Estates, where the homes tend to sell for between $4,000,000 and $8,000,000. At 18,000 square feet, it is one of the largest in the neighborhood. I’m still shocked by the priced though, because the 2nd most expensive home in the area is on the market for $7.6 million (about half) and has more than 13,000 square feet of living space. 204 Vaccaro Road boasts 9 bedrooms, 11 full and 3 half baths, 5 fireplaces, banquet sized dining room, great room with 5 French doors, mahogany paneled library/office, family room with wet bar, glass conservatory, gym, home theater, indoor swimming pool with spa and sauna, a steam room and a Moroccan party room. The estate’s grounds include formal gardens, stone courtyard, patios, tennis court, giant chess set, rotunda, orchard, and a vineyard. What do you think?

* I will post up pics of the interior once they are available
