This home, which used to be called the “Who Knew?” estate, is ugly as hell.

I don't know why, but this home reminds me a lot of Matt Geiger's Tarpon Springs, FL mansion. Both homes were built by middle of the road NBA players who in some instances are more known for the homes they built than their playing careers. I think that Matt Geiger's home (which is very similar in square footage) is better on both the interior and exterior than Jayson Williams's. Grrrowler is right, Williams's does look like a hotel. It just is lacking the pizzaz that it should have, especially for its size.

Matt's listing:

To my eye it looks like a mid-level hotel/motel on the outside, especially the front facade with that porte-cochere. The only thing missing is the airport shuttle van parked there. The rear elevation is more impressive, but continues the hotel theme. On all levels, the faux-Georgian exterior doesn't work for me.

As for the interior...well, my mother always said that if I can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. That being said...
