This tacky and “boxy” mega mansion is located at 34800 Cedar Road in Hunting Valley, OH. It was built in 1971 and boasts over 25,000 square feet of living space. I had featured this home a while back in a post titled “Guess the mansion’s square footage”. Looking from the exterior, the home doesn’t look that large. It includes 10 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, gated guard house, formal dining and living rooms, kitchen, Italian marble floors, office, elevator, 2 master suites, gym, a huge Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, and a 4-car garage. It is listed at $4,000,000 or you can rent it for $25,000/month. What do you guys think?

this house looks like a mediocre hotel. everything, the pool, gym, carpeting, furniture, all look like a hotel.

The interior is not actually that bad though, but could use some updating. the rooms are so awkwardly big.

the front is the most bland facade I have ever seen on a house, besides 50 cent’s CT mansion.

Totally yuck, I agree beyond tacky especially that 70s looking lime green room, that’s just beyond gross.

They just need to put a sign out front that says “The Howard Johnson Elite” and call it a day.

    A 25,0000 square foot teardown.

Going back to the idea of it looking like a hotel, there is a pic in the listing showing a bathroom counter with four sinks. What private home has four people using one bathroom, unless you’re the Bradys. And even then, with 25,000 sq ft to play with maybe they could have lowered the density of people to bathrooms.

The front exterior is ATROCIOUS.The interior seems nice in some rooms, but the 70’s approach can be seen easily…
