that is a VERY reasonable price. the location of this home is about as prestigious as it can get in DC. This house is right behind Embassy row in DC, and walking distance to the US Naval Observatory (the Vice President’s house).

You can be neighbors with every ambassador and the Vice President. The other neighbors in this area are also very wealthy, important people. We have a billionaire family friend that lives near here in the nicest house I have ever seen (and I live in Potomac).

The good thing about this area of DC is that it is very close to everything, all the landmarks, nightlife, etc. but it still has a suburban feel to it because it is near rock creek park. its probably the perfect place to live in my book.

the fact that it has a 2 car garage in that area should make it at least 6 million

Yeah, it seems like that’s the price you have to pay in order to live near the ultra rich and powerful.

It’s a beautiful home. I could definitely see myself living there. I’ve been to DC a couple of times and it’s such an amazing place. There are so many great stores, restaurants, and landmarks. You don’t need anything else!

Not bad at all for Washington DC.

The contacts alone would pay for the price of the home.
