Nalin here,

This home is a celebrity party pad waiting to happen.  Located at 9909 Beverly Grove in Beverly Hills, CA, this 8500 sq.ft. house is a giant piece of contemporary art. There are 3 indoor floors and a 4,700 sq.ft. rooftop patio, with full pool/spa and amazing views, that is nicer than most luxury resorts’.  Everything is concrete, stainless steel, glass and imported stone to make for one crazy design. There is a 40 foot indoor waterfall, many outdoor ponds and ridiculous fireplaces. Other amenities include: glass floors, 3 master suites, maid’s quarters, 500 bottle wine cellar, amazing water features, theater, gourmet kitchen and fully automated lighting. There is also a guest house somewhere in there. The house is a 4 bedroom, 6 bath listed at $12,100,000. That seems reasonable considering the location. You must check out the slideshow on the home’s website for even more breathtaking pictures. If you are a celebrity, buy this house soon so I can see it on MTV Cribs.

With this house you need to have another house.
This one you throw parties in and leave the dead hookers and then you have a traditional one down the street that you have your wife and kids in. lol

The “dead hookers” was a reference to Kwame Kilpatrick.
As a GPer you should surely appreciate that. lol

Yeah, that’s the appropriate house for a young Hollywood star or a bachelor, who likes to throw parties every night in his crib.

Architecturally, it contains a very beautiful interior with many brilliant rooms. The very modern interior should be studied in every architecture university/school.It’s
    top notch.

    10/10.
