Lovely home, I would take it any day. But what is the point of 15 bathrooms with only 6 bedrooms? I would need seven bedrooms anyway (I have five kids and I would need a guest suite)

Have to disagree there. I find classic Beverly Hills/Bel Air/Holmby Hills far more appealing than Beverly Park. It has much more history and there are still homes from the Hollywood Golden Age (when TV and movies really started gaining prominence worldwide) that Hollywood legends like Judy Garland, Grace Kelly, Cary Grant, Marilyn Monroe etc all lived in. I just find that kind of history appealing. Though in this specific case, yeh I would definitely go with the Beverly Park home because it’s simply much more worth it

Most of them you see nothing, they are burried behind hedges, mature landscaping, walls and gates… you see the peaks and top of roofs

I would love to see Beaverly Park. Some of the houses are just unreal to look at from the air. It would be great to drive by and see them.

agreed! I was thinking the same thing! 77 Beverly Park is in a guard gated community and it is twice the square footage. Plus, you save $9.5 million!

I understand this is primier LA but the prices of these places in the core platinum triangle which is old, money and more presitigeous make new money areas like Beverly Park look like a freakin steal.

I’d take 77 Beverly Park over this house in a heart beat. It’s 30k damn square feet and gorgeous.

461 N Faring Rd was listed at $26.5 million, but did not sell for that Kenny. Not sure what it did bc property records are mixed….MLS shows $22m, while the Tax Man says $20m. So some where around there.

We all know this is platnum triangle LA, so there is no rhime or reasons to pricing half the time other than ego and a dip shit agent. This house has twice the size lot as the sold house, which in this area would be millions in value, but considering 461 sold at the height of the market… its pretty accurate to say… if, iffin the sellers really want to unload it… $20m ish is prolly the ball park of what it’d actually sell for.
