Home #1 – This home was shown by Morgan. Her home was one of the most talked about homes on the new season of Teen Cribs. It is owned by Tom and Rena. Tom is a custom home builder. Unfortunately, I do not know the address of the home, but I do know that it is located in Walton County, GA. The home was designed by Kirkland Architects. I heard from a reader that the home is up for sale, which would not be a surprise. The custom mansion boasts a jail, car of the month room, an 18 hole golf course, an indoor basketball court, baseball field with dugouts, paved go cart race track, and a petting zoo.
Home #2 – This home is owned by Robert and Margo Slade. Robert, who owns R L Slade Custom Homes, built the home for his family. It is located at 10399 Lakeshore Drive in Goodrich, MI. Like most of the homes shown on Teen Cribs, this home is for sale. It is listed at $10,000,000 and boasts 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms in over 15,000 square feet of living space.

I just finished watching the one about Morgan a few minutes ago and was trying to find more info, thanks Kenny for posting about it. I guess MTV doesn’t mind people pimping the channel to sell their real estate. Both are lovely homes.
I’ve been watching the entire marathon nonstop! lol. you’re welcome. I knew my readers would want to know more about the homes. I know! It’s pretty annoying actually. I guess that’s what homeowners have to resort to nowadays in order to gain exposure for their multi-million dollar homes.
By the way, Kenny…
There’s no eighteen hole golf course on that Kent Rock property in Loganville, GA. Just four holes… all artificial.
Nicely done though by Stan Pennington of Intelliturf.
He’s got some photos of the four holes on his website…

Anyone have any lucky finding the address for the first home? I was looking for it in google earth because I figured it wouldnt be that hard to find seeing as it has an 18 hole golf course and a baseball field but I cant seem to find it.
I Know i’ve asked this 1,000 times, but kenny, do u have any information on Kylie’s house in Southport connecticut on season 1??? I know it was designed by legendary architect Mark Finlay, but do you have any more info, such as who her parents are, what they do, or the address of the house??????
Her home is located on Gunston Road. I forgot what her parents do though.
I believe it’s located very near 5455 Kent Rock Rd, Loganville, GA
It’s at the intersection of Kent Rock Rd and Kent Rock Estates N.
Al
Yep thats it.
Thank you.
Can’t wait till I have a home like one of those
You’re welcome
The first home is on Kent Rock Rd. in Loganville, Ga. I go by there on my way to work. Do not know the street number.
I’m confused about the Kent Rock house, is it for sale or only available for rent for parties or weddings?
Anything’s for sale Chance.
Problem on Kent Rock Road is that there’s a $6,000,000 loan out on the place.
That family started believing its own bogus appraisals. That builder bankrupt his business building that silly thing where he did, and still took out a $6,000,000 loan on it after extorting company money to get the basketball court, and baseball field started.
You know what the IRS does to people that take money from their companies to create boondoggles like this, and don’t claim that money as income?
I don’t know about the interiors, but the exteriors of these 2 mansions are ugly.
Its selling price has been dropped from $10 million all the way down to $4.5 million as of October 2010 and has yet to sell. Its a nice home but kinda weird….90″s decor…..not quite up to date. Could have done alot more with it for less money.
Its been reduced from $10 million down to $4.5 million as of Oct 2010, and has yet to sell. I know the daughters that live there. And yes, your right, the pictures and video were really bad…..the home is nice but seems dated.
I heard that it will probably be going short sale shortly. And yes, the decor is outdated for sure. They land in the front of home is plain and unappealing.
That price drop of over half is a Tell Tale Sign!!!!! The homeowner knows that this house has major problems!!!l The homeowner is the builder as well and should have NEVER let a realitor list that home for any where near 10 million!!! He is being made a fool in front of everyone including his potential customers!!! I am in the business and that home in that location is about a 4 million dollar home if it is in mint condition and the surrounding area is well kept. The interior is somewhat dated for not being that old, but you cant judge people’s bad taste…..everyone likes their own thing. My quess is that this will go short sale and someone will come in and remodel some of the finishings and colors and hopefully hire a landscaper asap!
