I’m so excited, because I have been DYING to know more about this home ever since I seen it while looking on Bing Maps. And what do you know? It just went on the market!! So, as you see, 3 massive mansions have hit the market in Canada in less than a week (2 in Bridle Path and this one). Pretty amazing, huh? It was built in 2004 and is situated on the shores of Deux Montagnes Lake (or Lake of Two Mountains). It boasts 9 bedrooms, 9 full and 5 half bathrooms, a massive 2-story foyer with gorgeous double staircase, a library, game room, playroom, gym, nanny suite, wine cellar, an indoor swimming pool, a subterranean garage, and much much more. It is listed at $27,000,000, which is exceptionally reasonable. I absolutely love everything about this home. The exterior is breathtaking. What do you think?!

Looks nice from what we can see. Are they still uploading pics on that site because it seems rather odd that the 18 pics are consisting of the same rooms, just different angles. With over 40K square feet I’d think they’d have a little more material to include than just the entryway and indoor pool. Also, why no outdoor pool??
That’s what I thought as well. Hopefully they will upload more pictures in the coming days.
In Canada an outdoor pool is called an ice skating rink.
For you information, outdoor pools are very common in Canada. Obviously they are not used twelve months but depending on the location they are used during the months of May until Sep sometim. They do not double as an ice skating rink in the winter. Many if not most rinks are indoors.
Yah, an outdoor pool in Montreal wouldn’t make much sense! It would get used 3 months of the year.
doesn’t matter. that’s still 3 months. the lot’s ginormus and could easily fit one without being crowded. i highly doubt it’s in the most frigid region considering the neighbors have pools.
I love it, I agree the pricing is in line for what’s offered. The scenery surrounding it is breathtaking.
I have worked in that mansion and may I say that it is breath taking. All the finishing where done to perfection. And not an over kill, but done very tastefully. It is the most beautiful Home that I have ever seen. I say Home, because it does feel like a home not like a museum. Also, I was able to see several sunsets during the time I worked there and may I say that every sunset was unbelievable. I think that it should called: THE HOUSE OF THE SETTING SUN
Nice! Do you happen to have any more pictures of the home?
I have a few pictures of the sunset and the aquariums in the house.
Awesome! Can you send them to me?
Where can I sent the pictures
kenny17995@yahoo.com Thanks!
I hope that this is ok. they are very nice people and I would not want to upset them.
I’m not going to post them, I just want to take a look at them. Believe me, I’ve learned not to post pictures of people’s homes without their consent lol
Ok, I will send you the pictures that I have. I think that they would not mind.
Did you get the pictures

Wondering how the the other entrance comes about for the guest house, guest suite as mentioned on the property features. Question: Does the guest area have its own kitchen? Thanks
