Once completed, it will be the 3rd largest home in Hillsborough County. With 27,008 heated square feet of living space, the mansion will boast two swimming pools, a billiards room, bowling alley,  home gym, massage room, game room, men’s lounge, his-and-hers offices, a parlor, a master suite with his-and-hers bathrooms, a croquet lawn, a baseball diamond, a massive garage, and much more. Don and his wife already own this 15,000 square foot mansion which is on the market for $10,495,000. It is the 3rd most expensive home on the market in the Tampa area.
