Fundamentally the house has everything I would want or like but it comes across as bland for some reason.
I thought the same thing, but I think it just looks that way because too much of the house is double storied.
I think the home would benefit from some window treatments, and perhaps a splash of paint other than beige.

It’s definitely a wonderful estate.
The exterior is beautiful;The interior is livable, homey and friendly.To be honest, I don’t like the library room.The other rooms ,however, are much better.
The price is a steal, albeit the location.
