This extraordinary newly built mansion, dubbed Purissima Estate, is located at 26462 Purissima Road in Los Altos Hills, CA. It is on the market for $11,888,000 and boasts over 10,000 square feet of living space on 2 levels with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. I love the exterior details and the foyer with the grand double staircase is utterly amazing. The landscaping is superb and the backyard swimming pool area is to die for. Although the price is a little high, I find this home to be truly an extraordinary estate.

  • Are you guys kidding me? The home is almost on the freeway (can you say loud freeway noise), the kitchen is undersized (notice – no kitchen photos), the pre-finished floors don’t belong in a home in this price range, the driveway is narrow, there is hardly any parking, and the front yard is a swamp (at least it was on broker’s tour). Have any of you actually seen the house in person?

Its a beautiful house but the floor plan is HORRIBLE! Right when you walk in the house you see the door to a bedroom. Whoever will be in the bedroom will have NO privacy!!! I think for the price this house was built for you would at least have a decent floor plan!

I didn’t want to start any controversy this time; but Architect and Dave are right. This home’s floor plan is awful and some of the elevations are disgusting…the rear one in particular!

I live a couple doors down from this mansion and while I have not been inside I can say that it does not blend into the immediate neighborhood.
I don’t know how rich or famous this person is but I have been told that
one neighbor is a former race car driver and he can often be seen in a large garage working on classic cars.
